Podcast

The unvarnished reality of a CEO without a script, speaking candidly about the successes and failures of corporate management,

Founded in 2006 by just three people and starting with Apple peripherals, Trinity Kabushiki Kaisha grew into a top manufacturer of smartphone accessories; on May 1, 2025 the Representative Director resigned, sold the shares he owned (M&A), successfully completed business succession, and was finally free.

On Real Management, as a program that frankly recounts events from the past roughly 20 years and the business successes and failures, we convey the realities of corporate management that schools and business consultants won't teach you.

Personalities

President & CEO, Cosmo Studio Inc. / Hossy

Tetsushi Hoshikawa

He entered the world of Macs through music, was drawn into the Apple universe, and before he knew it had founded a peripherals and accessories company. Although he grew it to the No. 1 market share, on its 20th anniversary he handed everything over to his successor and stepped away. Having reached his own 50-year milestone, he is now on a journey to discover a new way of living.

On the podcast “Real Management,” we share candid accounts of business issues, challenges, and success stories that rarely get discussed, believing that telling things exactly as they are will help someone, somewhere.

President & CEO, STRK Inc.

Gajiro

After 15 years as a management consultant and experiencing corporate rehabilitation, he now focuses on running failure-proof businesses and operates the food-loss-reduction e-commerce site “Tokupochi”. He also grows about 30 % of Japan’s domestically produced Mucuna beans as part of his agricultural venture.

As a new initiative, he is pouring all his energy into a shopping-cart system dedicated to social commerce, aiming to create an entirely new market and continuing to tackle management challenges through hands-on practice. Through “Real Management,” he hopes to bring back as many insights for his own business as possible.
