Ryoriya Uokatsu | Nagatacho is an eight-seat, counter-style Japanese restaurant opened in Nagatacho by chef Katsuhiko Yanagibashi—who ran restaurants in Ginza and elsewhere—as the culmination of the experience he gained in Ginza and beyond.
As Cosmo Studio Inc., we invested in the project and provided support ranging from funding to branding and system integration. Drawing on our previous experience opening the Italian restaurant “Trinita” operated by Trinity, we produced and directed the website, branding, and IT systems that chefs typically find challenging. By implementing every feasible payment method, we achieved a fully cashless operation with no handling of physical money.
All aspects related to the restaurant and its cuisine—interior design, kitchen equipment, and the selection of dishes and drinks—are the work of Mr. Yanagibashi. We backed him up behind the scenes to realize the restaurant he envisioned.
From Exit 4 of Nagatacho Station on the subwayjust five steps away(not five minutes!)—making it extremely convenient to reach, so please drop by.
